Ingredients

COCONUT OIL

A deeply hydrating natural oil that contains saturated fats, vitamin E and antioxidants providing the skin with long lasting nourishment, leaving it smooth and protected.

MARULA OIL

Marula Oil is a quick absorbing, nutrient-rich oil that contains a high concentration of natural anti-oxidants. It rejuvenates the skin while the combination of vitamin C and monounsaturated fatty acids promote skin elasticity for youthful, firmer skin

MACADAMIA NUT OIL

Hydrates and restores skin elasticity

ALL INGREDIENTS

Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Fragrance (Parfum), Macadamia Ternifolia (Macadamia Nut) Seed Oil, Mica, Sclerocarya Birrea (Marula) Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E) Oil.

How to Use the Airless Pump:

The Oil and The Golden Oil are formulated with natural oils, such as coconut oil which is temperature sensitive. Coconut oil can solidify in colder temperatures and liquify in warmer temperatures. If you are using your bottle for the first time, make sure the inner cap is on tightly, and pump the dispenser slowly 10-15 times to activate the vacuum pump system. If you experience The Oil or The Golden Oil hardening try the following steps:

  1. Make sure the cap is secured on the bottle.
  2. Run the bottle under HOT water until the product liquifies, this may take several minutes. Or, carefully place the closed bottle into a cup of hot water and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Give your bottle a shake and turn it upside down to dispense the product.
  4. Repeat this process at any time if your dispenser stops working. 

Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

Items are eligible for exchange only if they are returned back to us within 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.

If your item was returned within 15 days, Ella Bloom will issue you store credit. No Refunds offered, only store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tag still attached. 

We must be notified about any damaged items within our 15 day policy in order for the items to be eligible for exchange/return. 

All sale items or discounted items are final sale, with an exception of a size exchange for the same item if that item is still available. 
Swimsuits, products and jewelry items are final sale. These items are exempt from being returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To complete your exchange, we require a return form. In order to receive that, please email ellabloominfo@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ebinfo@ellabloomsalon.com and send your item to: 146 S State St. Lindon Utah US 84042.

Once a package leaves our facility, we do not have control over the package. If your package is lost or stolen you will need to contact your local post office/UPS location or file a claim for your package. We cannot provide any refunds without receiving compensation from a claim.
