SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders will be processed within 24 hours, though if your order is placed after 5PM MST, or on a non-business day (Saturday or Sunday)  your order will be processed the following business day. When processed you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for package to be delivered.

RETURN/EXCHNAGE POLICY

Orders may be returned/exchanged within 14 business days of purchase. The item must be in the original unused condition as originally shipped to the customer.

  • A Return Authorization Form must be filled out for the items you want to send back. You can request so by emailing info@ellabloom.com.
  • Certain merchandise is not eligible for a return. Those items include:
    • Merchandise bought from our SALE category or marked ‘FINAL SALE’ on invoice
    • Swimwear
    • Accessories
    • Damaged merchandise
    • Items issued as a prize/gift
    • Merchandise purchased in stores.
  • Refunds are only issued to the original payment method, or as an online store credit if requested.
  • Orders placed with online store credit can only be refunded back as online credit.
  • Refund value is established according to original purchase price paid by the customer, as indicated on the receipt, not the greater or lesser value as marked online at time of return.
  • Customers are responsible for payment of return postage.
  • Refunds are not credited until returned merchandise has been received and aproved by Ella Bloom.
  • Refunds may take up to 5=10 days to process into your account.

ONLINE MERCHANDISE RETURNS TO STORE 

  • Merchandise may be returned to the store location, but refund will not be returned to the original form of payment.
  • Product may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. No exceptions.
  • Customer must have invoice from original order with them to return any merchandise in store. If invoice is not present the exchange or refund for store credit will not be completed.
